Why doesn't the level number match my game?
Brain Test orders its levels differently in each language, and updates sometimes add or move levels. This site follows the order of each language (English has 669 levels in version 2.771.0). If a page doesn't match your screen, use Find my level and search for the question.
Where do the hints and answers come from?
Each level page shows the same hint the game gives you when you spend a light bulb, and the line the game shows once you solve the level, which usually explains the trick. We add the question, tips for that kind of puzzle and links to the same puzzle in other languages.
What's the difference between the hint and the answer?
The hint is a nudge that points you at the trick without giving it away. The answer is the explanation the game shows after you solve the level. Try the hint first: most levels click as soon as you know where to look.
How do I get more light bulbs for hints?
Light bulbs are the currency for hints. You can collect free ones from daily gifts, by watching a short video, from the reward wheel and from level challenges, or buy them in the shop. VIP members also get cheaper hints.
Can I skip a level in Brain Test?
Yes. The game offers a skip, which costs bulbs or a video. Skipped levels are marked as skipped in the level list, so you can come back to them later.
How many levels does Brain Test have?
Version 2.771.0 of Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles has 669 levels in English. Other languages have slightly fewer (662 in Spanish, 655 in French, 662 in German), because a few puzzles depend on English wordplay. New levels are added in updates.
Is this site for Brain Test 2, 3 or 4?
No. This site covers the original Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles by Unico Studio. The sequels have different levels.
Is this an official Brain Test site?
No. It is an independent fan guide and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Unico Studio.
