Hints, Light Bulbs & Skips in Brain Test
Brain Test gives you two ways out of a level you can't crack: a hint or a skip. Both cost light bulbs, the game's currency.
Hints
A hint is one short line that points you at the trick. "Look for more behind those slices" (level 5) or "How do you zoom in and out of your photos?" (level 55). It doesn't solve the level for you, so you still get the satisfaction of finishing it yourself. Every level page on this site shows the hint first, with the answer hidden behind a second button.
How to get free light bulbs
- Daily gift: open the game each day to collect it. If you already took it, the game tells you to come back tomorrow.
- Videos: you can watch a short video instead of paying for a hint or a skip.
- Reward wheel: spin it for bulbs and other prizes.
- Level challenges: finish a set number of levels within the time limit to claim a reward, which you can double.
Skipping a level
Skipping moves you on without solving the level. It is marked as skipped in the level list, so you can return later with fresh eyes. It often costs more than a hint, so try the hint first.
VIP
The weekly VIP subscription (with a free trial) removes ads, doubles daily gifts, makes hints and skips cheaper and unlocks the daily levels. Check the current price in the game before subscribing. It auto-renews unless you cancel it in your app store.
